Registration

The 2011 symposium has ended. Registration is closed. The information below records the original event; fees, offers, and contact details are historical.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online Registration is Closed.  On-Site registration hours are:

  • Sunday, October 30 (2:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
  • Monday, October 31 (7:00 am - 6:00 pm)
  • Tuesday, November 1 (7:00 am - 7:00 pm)
  • Wednesday, November 2 (7:00 am - 10:30 am)

In order to register on site, you will need:

  • Credit or purchase card
  • Check made out to "Association of Climate Change Officers"
  • Purchase order (available only to government employees)
2011 GreenGov Registration 1-Day Pass Conference Pass
On-Site Registration
(beginning October 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm)		 $350 (government)
$445 (all other sectors)		 $350 (government)
$795 (all other sectors)

Important Registration Details

  • Only registered attendees may attend GreenGov post-conference activities.
  • Individuals must be 18 years or older to attend GreenGov events.
  • The following credit cards are accepted:
    • Master Card
    • Visa
    • American Express
  • A credit card processing fee will be assessed for all credit card transactions

Federal Paperwork Requirements

Federal employees processing purchase order paperwork will need the following information:

  • Venue: Washington Hilton Hotel, 1919 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20009, 202-483-3000
  • Vendor/Conference Producer: Association of Climate Change Officers, 1900 K Street NW, Washington, DC 20006, 202-496-7390

Special Needs

We will make every effort to accommodate special needs identified to us prior to the event.  Please indicate these special needs during the registration process. Upon receipt of stated special needs in confirmed registrations, the conference managers will reply with an e-mail to you to confirm receipt.
