Registration

Registration will open on July 15, 2011.  Please return to this page for a registration costs and a link to the registration site.

Important registration details:

• Group rates are not currently available for the 2011 GreenGov Symposium.

• Speakers, please contact your Track Lead for information on registration and logistics.
• Online registration ends 12 midnight (EST) October 24, 2011.
• Only registered attendees may attend GreenGov pre-conference and/or post-conference activities.
• Individuals must be 18 years or older to attend GreenGov events.
• Early registration is encouraged.  The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Visa
  • American Express
• All registration cancellations received between October 1st and October 17th will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00. No refunds will be issued after October 17, 2011. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notification by October 24, 2011. After October 24, please bring all registration adjustment details to the onsite registration HELP DESK at GreenGov. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are NOT permitted. Please send all written notices of cancellation or changes to registrations@GreenGov2011.org.

Special Needs

We will make every effort to accommodate special needs identified to us prior to the event.  Please indicate these special needs during the registration process. Upon receipt of stated special needs in confirmed registrations, the conference managers will reply with an e-mail to you to confirm receipt.
